Submit a Case

Don’t panic! Aceon offers data recovery services for clients across North America, and around the world. To submit a case for data recovery, follow the steps below to send your device to us.

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.

STEP 1 — Packaging

  • Feel free to hand deliver or ship your drive to us.
  • If shipping, use an appropriately sized box and be sure that the drive has at least 2″ of bubble-wrap insulation on each side.
  • If shipping more than one hard drive, please wrap each drive individually with at least 2″ of bubble insulation.
  • Include the service order form.
  • Mark “Fragile” on the box.
  • Please take a picture of the device and the submission form for your records. You can also email this to us. 
  • Feel free to email us with your details and call us to notify us of the shipment.

STEP 2 — Forms

For clients who wish to ship their device:
Please print off and use our address label: Download as PDF.
Please also print off and fill in our submission form. Download as PDF.
It’s also a good idea to put your full contact details in the package with the device.

For clients who wish to hand deliver their device:
Visit us at our main office in Vancouver at Suite 300, 1275 W 6th. Ave. Vancouver. V6H 1A6,
Open 9-5 Monday to Friday.

Evenings and weekends drop off is by appointment. Please call 604 224-4357 to book a drop off time. 

For Computer Shop Owners and Dealers:
Please fill out our Dealer Account Form and ship the drive to our Suite 300, 1275 W 6th. Ave. Vancouver. V6H 1A6, location. 

STEP 3 — Destination Drive

A destination drive is required for the final data to be copied to. This drive should be bigger than the original and empty.
You may provide a drive or buy one from Aceon. 

STEP 4 — Shipping
